ADC50 Community Scholarship

The Association of Defense Communities (ADC) is excited to offer a unique opportunity for community leaders new to ADC. This scholarship will allow community leaders who have never attended an ADC event to experience ADC50 with the support of our long‑standing partner, Sourcewell. Thanks to their generous commitment, eligible participants can receive financial assistance to help offset registration and travel expenses—removing barriers and opening doors for rising leaders across the defense community.

Together, ADC and Sourcewell are expanding access to this milestone event, ensuring that emerging professionals and fresh perspectives are part of the conversation shaping the future. By investing directly in first‑time attendees, we’re strengthening the next generation of defense community leadership—fueling new ideas, elevating unique voices, and preparing our field for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

If you’re ready to grow your network, gain insights, and contribute to the evolution of our nation’s defense communities, we encourage you to apply. The application is open through Friday, April 17, 2026, and selected participants will be notified by April 30, 2026.

Ideal applicants include:

  • Local or regional chambers of commerce or EDC staff
  • Members of local installation / military affairs committees
  • City, county or other local government managers, planners or organizers
  • Other individuals engaged in full-time local installation support and advocacy efforts.

Join us at ADC50 and be part of the momentum driving our mission forward.
